Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef & Restaurant Manager with strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will:
Plan menus and order supplies.
Oversee daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
Manage inventory and scheduling.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
Supervise and train restaurant staff.
Control operational costs and maintain quality standards.
Selection Criteria:
Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
Team player with excellent attention to detail.
