Job Responsibilities:
•Support the overall management of kitchen operations, including food preparation and stewarding
•Ensure strict hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
•Assist in training kitchen staff and improving team performance
•Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to meet guest expectations
•Follow all health, safety, and legal regulations, along with company policies and brand standards
Requirements:
•Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and external partners
•Required certifications such as food safety, alcohol awareness, or health permits as per local regulations
•Good problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
•Formal training in culinary arts (Diploma or Vocational Certificate preferred)
•Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef or equivalent combination of training and experience
