Job Opportunity: Farm Manager for Kava Plantation – Teouma Group ( SCAP)
Office Location: Discombe Street. Nambatu Port Vila, Vanuatu.

The Teouma Group, one of Vanuatu’s leading agricultural enterprises, is looking for a committed and experienced Farm Manager to lead operations at our Kava Plantation in Tukutuku Ranch. This role offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with one of the region’s most culturally significant crops.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the full cycle of kava production: planting, growing, harvesting, packaging, and shipping.
Maintain accurate sales and production reports using computer software.
Oversee tractor and equipment maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor the team using best agricultural practices, especially for root crops like kava.

Requirements
Proven experience in crop farming, ideally with root crops.
Competency in computer-based reporting and farm management tools.
Basic mechanical skills to supervise and support equipment maintenance.
Willingness to work in a remote rural environment with limited urban facilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills in English and Bislama.
