Field Project Officer – GX Foundation (Vanuatu)

GX Foundation is a Chinese medical humanitarian organization established in Hong Kong in 2018. Our mission is to provide public health and medical assistance to "Belt and Road" countries, focusing on vision restoration surgeries and vector-borne disease control programs.
In Vanuatu, we have partnered with the local government to launch a two-year Malaria, Dengue Fever, and Vector-borne Disease Control Programme, with a pilot project running from March to July 2025.
✔ Ensure smooth daily project operations with local health departments, volunteers, and partners
✔ Manage inventory and coordinate resource distribution (test kits, bed nets, mosquito lamps, and promotional materials)
✔ Raise public awareness about the health program
✔ Act as a liaison and translator between the project team, medical professionals, hospital staff, and local stakeholders
✔ Support the launch and follow-up of GX Foundation projects in Vanuatu
✔ Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director & Field Office Coordinator
🔹 Diploma or higher qualification preferred
🔹 Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
🔹 Background in project management or field hospital management is an advantage
🔹 Fluency in Bislama, French, and English
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Self-motivated team player with a high sense of responsibility
🔹 Immediate availability is preferred
