Job Desctiption:

Café Vila and Three Pigs are the two on-site restaurants for Nasama Resort. Currently ranked # 1 and # 3 on Tripadvisor, Café Vila offers gourmet local and international cuisine, while Three Pigs offers delicious pizzas, burgers and tacos. The emphasis is on fresh local produce in a relaxed, comfortable dining environment. We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to manage both restaurants and bars. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B operations, the staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.

• Knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).

• Knowledge of Excel and basic accounting procedures to produce Profit & Loss Statements, create and analyse reports to increase sales and profits.

• Able to work extended hours.

• Able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

• Have excellent management and organisational skills.

• Keep updated with food and beverage trends and best practices.

• Guest-oriented and service-minded with attention to detail.
