Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Foreman to oversee daily construction activities and manage on-site operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, maintaining work quality, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to employees
• Ensure cement mixing is done correctly and finished flooring meets quality standards without defects
• Monitor and account for workers’ tools at the beginning and end of each workday
• Lead and supervise a team of up to 6 workers on-site
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure work is carried out according to plans
• Oversee daily site activities while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Manage materials, track work progress, and provide updates to management
• Act as a communication link between workers, management, and clients

Requirements:
• Previous experience in construction supervision or a similar role preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of construction safety and quality control
• Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure
