Vanuatu Agriculture College (VAC) is dedicated to training farmers and equipping them with modern farming technologies and skills. The college’s mission is to enhance agricultural productivity and contribute to Vanuatu’s economic and social development.

Position: Horticulture Trainer / Head of Section
The successful applicant will oversee the horticulture section of the VAC training program and deliver horticulture training in alignment with VAC policies and Vanuatu Qualifications Authority (VQA) standards. The candidate should have a deep understanding of adult learning methods and the ability to design and deliver effective online learning courses.

• Selection Criteria
  Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  
  Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
  Certificate IV in Vocational Education and Training
  Minimum 2 years' experience as Head of a horticulture section
  Skilled in Microsoft Office
  Strong analytical and practical thinking skills
  Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities
  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  Reliable, honest, committed, punctual, and hardworking
  Proficient in English or French and Bislama
  Capable of conducting research

Salary: VT 2,693,000 per annum
