Job Description:
Greet and assist guests warmly and professionally.
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate information on hotel services and local attractions.
Resolve guest issues courteously and efficiently.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Selection Criteria:
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with computer and booking systems.
Calm, professional, and well-presented under pressure.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
