Position: Front Desk Attendant
Role Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our resort team. This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences, serving as the first point of contact for guests and ensuring smooth front office operations throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

•Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
•Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently using hotel systems
•Manage reservations, amendments, cancellations, and guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person
•Provide guests with information about resort facilities, services, local attractions, and transport options
•Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
•Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk environment
•Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Candidate Requirements

•Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
•Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
•Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with booking or reservation systems
•Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
•Professional presentation and positive attitude
•Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
