Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations with a welcoming attitude
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly
Manage room reservations via phone, email, and booking systems
Provide excellent customer service and assist with guest inquiries
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
Liaise with local suppliers, tourism bodies, and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in front office or reservations (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer knowledge and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and professional appearance.
Knowledge of hotel management systems.
Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
