Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator to oversee daily front desk operations and help deliver outstanding guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating front office activities, welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations and check-ins, responding to guest inquiries, resolving concerns professionally, and supporting the front office team to maintain excellent service standards.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in Front Office operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience using Opera PMS software
• Strong leadership abilities with a positive and proactive attitude
• Professional appearance and the ability to work effectively within a team
