Position Overview – Front Office Manager:
Be the first impression and the lasting memory for our guests! As Front Office Manager, you'll oversee the full front office operations including guest registration, concierge, porter services, reservations, and more. Your leadership will ensure smooth daily operations and a consistently warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all front office staff and functions
Manage guest services to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction
Oversee concierge, reservations, and telephone services
Coordinate porter and business center services
Maintain IHG brand standards and service excellence
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or Business Administration
✅ Minimum 3 years of front office/guest service experience, including in a management role
✅ Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
