Key Responsibilities:
Handle clients' application files related to government documentation.
Submit and collect documents from relevant government departments.
Maintain professional communication with government offices.
Coordinate international document shipping via DHL or FedEx.
Provide administrative support to the company manager in Port Vila.
Selection Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree
Good command of English and local language (spoken & written)
Experience dealing with government offices in Vanuatu
Valid Vanuatu driver's license
Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: VT 60,000/month
Performance Bonus: Based on monthly work output
