We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Gardeners to become part of our resort operations team. This role plays an important part in maintaining the natural beauty and cleanliness of our property.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
•Maintain resort gardens and outdoor areas to ensure they are tidy, attractive, and welcoming
•Mow lawns, trim hedges, flowers, and shrubs, and remove weeds from pathways and bungalow surroundings
•Rake leaves and clear debris from walkways and landscaped areas
•Collect litter and assist with transporting waste to designated disposal areas
•Support farm and garden staff with planting, watering, pruning, and general garden maintenance when needed
•Operate and handle gardening tools and equipment safely and correctly
•Carry out landscaping tasks as directed by Supervisors or Managers
•Clean, maintain, and store all gardening tools and equipment properly
•Report any damaged tools, equipment, or maintenance issues promptly to management

Selection Criteria
•Minimum 2–3 years of gardening experience, preferably in a hotel or resort environmen
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
•Strong knowledge of plants and a genuine interest in environmental care
•High attention to detail and pride in maintaining resort-standard gardens
•Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work, including lifting equipment and handling waste
•Good communication skills; English required, French is an advantage
•Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude toward guests, visitors, and colleagues
