Job Description:

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the resort’s operations, including:

• Coordinating room divisions, food and beverage, maintenance, administration, and reservations.
• Driving business performance through new metrics.
• Managing marketing, product co-creation, and innovation to increase occupancy.
• Executing financial reporting and making recommendations to ensure cost control and profit targets are met.

Selection Criteria:

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: At least 5 years in a similar managerial role.
• Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in tourism, hospitality, management, or a related business field.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, French, or Bislama.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain good relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in reporting and evaluating finance, operations, and staff performance.
• Leadership, management, and supervisory skills.
