Job Description
Pacific Energy is seeking a highly experienced and energetic General Manager to lead its Vanuatu operations. The role includes overseeing the daily activities of four terminals and multiple retail sites across the country. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all fuel storage, handling, and distribution activities. The successful candidate will supervise teams, manage budgets, uphold strong safety and customer service standards, and support continued business growth.
Selection Criteria
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline
•A minimum of 25 years’ experience in a comparable leadership role within the oil industry
•Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent communication skills
•Strong understanding of petroleum sector regulations and safety requirements
•Excellent command of spoken and written English
Salary
Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
