Position: General Manager (Santo, Vanuatu)
Dany Island is currently looking for an experienced General Manager to take charge of daily operations and team leadership at our private island resort, located just a short 10-minute distance from Luganville.

This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in hospitality, strong initiative, and the confidence to work independently in a remote location.

Dany Island has earned a strong reputation among international visitors and continues to grow as one of Santo’s premier tourism destinations, known for its focus on nature, marine life, and authentic island experiences.

Key Responsibilities
•Manage daily resort operations and day tour activities
•Lead, supervise, and support staff
•Ensure high-quality guest experiences
•Handle bookings, scheduling, and logistics
•Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
•Uphold and enforce environmental and conservation practices

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who:

•Has at least 5 years of experience in hospitality or tourism (resort management preferred)

•Is comfortable living and working in a remote island environment
