Job Description
Kapiel Aggregates Ltd is looking for a skilled Grader Operator to become part of its operations team. In this role, you will operate a motor grader to perform road construction, grading, maintenance, and earthworks while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Selection Criteria
• Proven experience operating a motor grader.
• A valid driver's licence.
• Knowledge of road construction, grading, and earthmoving operations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, reliability, and quality workmanship.
