Graphic Designer Consultant – NSDP Pilot Project Report

Project Overview
Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) play an important role in supporting the objectives of Vanuatu’s National Sustainable Development Plan (NSDP). Although many organisations regularly report on their activities, it remains challenging for stakeholders and government agencies to clearly track and measure the sector’s overall contribution to national development.

To improve visibility of these efforts, VANGO has undertaken a pilot initiative that highlights selected CSO programs and demonstrates their impact on the NSDP goals. VANGO is seeking a qualified graphic designer to transform the completed content into an attractive, professional publication.

Purpose of the Assignment
The selected consultant will be responsible for creating a visually appealing, full-colour report of approximately 16 pages. The final publication will be used for presentation and launch during VANGO’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for late July or early August.

Key Responsibilities
The consultant will be required to:
• Produce an initial design draft based on content and branding materials supplied by VANGO.
• Design a 16-page report incorporating introductory sections, thematic content aligned with the People's Plan pillars, cross-sector insights, and future outlook information.
• Revise the report as necessary based on feedback received.
• Deliver a final high-resolution, print-ready electronic version of the report.

VANGO will provide all required materials, including written content, photographs, logos, branding guidelines, and layout references.

Project Schedule
The assignment must be completed within two weeks of receiving all project materials.

• Design materials will be supplied by 10 July.
• The completed print-ready report must be submitted no later than 24 July.
