About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and creative Guest Activities Manager to lead our activities team and deliver engaging experiences for guests of all ages. The ideal candidate will bring energy, innovation, and leadership to oversee the full guest recreation experience at the resort.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate weekly entertainment and activity programs.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and secure environment for all guests and staff.
Handle and resolve guest complaints effectively.
Promote local attractions and experiences to enhance guest stays.
Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive resort activity participation.
Identify and implement new guest experiences and revenue opportunities.
Build relationships with local businesses to expand resort offerings.
Lead and supervise the activities team while remaining hands-on and involved.
Ensure compliance with resort policies and standards across all programs.

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years' experience in a hotel or resort setting in a similar role.
Strong understanding of hospitality service and recreational operations.
Excellent administrative, planning, and leadership skills.
Trained in First Aid, CPR, OHS, and emergency response procedures.
Completed training in Basic Training of Trainers and Open Water Boat Master.
Energetic personality with excellent English communication skills.
Skilled in supervising, motivating, and guiding activities staff.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and school breaks.
Maintains a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
