Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu, a 4.5-star family-friendly luxury resort and proud member of the Warwick Hotels and Resorts group, is seeking a Guest Activities Manager to lead and inspire our guest engagement team.
About the Role:
As the Guest Activities Manager, you’ll plan and lead fun, engaging, and memorable activity programs for all ages. You’ll manage a small team while staying hands-on and actively involved in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create weekly activity programs tailored to guest interests
• Personally lead and support activities for guests
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to promote programs
• Liaise with local providers to expand offerings
• Ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and fun
• Supervise and support the Activities Team
What We're Looking For:
✔ 3–5 years’ experience in a similar hospitality role
✔ Strong administrative, leadership, and communication skills
✔ Open Water Boat Masters training & First Aid/CPR knowledge
✔ Outgoing personality with excellent English (spoken & written)
✔ Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, school breaks)
✔ Ability to multitask and maintain a high-energy presence
✔ Professional appearance and a guest-first attitude
