Coral Quays Resort is a beachfront resort located in Saint Michel, around 5km from Luganville. The property features 18 ocean-view bungalows along with a spacious restaurant and bar that welcomes both local and international visitors.
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and responsible Head of Housekeeping to lead and manage the housekeeping department. The successful candidate will oversee staff recruitment, training, and daily supervision while helping to establish effective cleaning systems and operational procedures.
Key responsibilities include preparing staff rosters based on guest occupancy levels and ensuring all guest rooms, reception areas, poolside spaces, farés, restaurant facilities, and office areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards. Maintaining excellent guest satisfaction and presentation throughout the resort will be a major part of the role.
Requirements:
•Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
•Good communication skills in both English and Bislama
•Strong leadership and organizational abilities
•Self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality service standards
•Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team environment
Salary:
Compensation will depend on experience, skills, and work performance.
