Job Description:
Welcome guests with a friendly smile and assist them with luggage on arrival and departure.
Keep lobby, entrance, and public areas clean and organized.
Offer helpful directions and information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
Deliver amenities, room service items, and extra supplies to guest rooms.
Support front desk operations during check-in and check-out times.
Arrange guest transportation such as taxis or shuttles when needed.
Handle guest requests quickly and courteously.
Safely store and retrieve guest luggage with accurate tagging.
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Selection Criteria:
Experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Physically fit to lift and move luggage safely.
Neat, professional appearance and positive attitude.
Familiar with Port Vila and local attractions.
Basic understanding of hotel operations and safety standards.
