Turtle Cove Villas is a boutique resort featuring just four 1- and 2-bedroom villas set along 200 metres of pristine waterfront on picturesque Undine Bay. Surrounded by tropical gardens, the resort also offers a central swimming pool overlooking the bay and islands beyond, along with a charming café and bar.
Job Description:
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas daily.
Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
Maintain and store cleaning supplies properly.
Report maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, and ironing.
Keep cleaning trolleys and storage areas tidy and organized.
Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Respond promptly to guest requests.
Support the team during busy periods and events.
Selection Criteria:
Education:
High School Certificate (required)
Hospitality Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality.
Previous experience in a hotel or resort.
Experience in laundry services.
Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork
Strong attention to detail and guest service
Good punctuality and honesty
Knowledge of local attractions in Efate
Ability to manage laundry and cleaning tasks efficiently
