Job Desctiption:
Primary duties will be documenting and coordinating human resource activities such as recruitment and selection, onboarding, labor relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, trainings, employee grievances, and other employee services.
Selection Criteria:
Human Resources degree or equivalent qualification
Two years of previous HR experience
Good knowledge of Vanuatu Labour Laws
Experience in recruitment of expatriates would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Time management and organization skills
Attention to details
Able to handle employee grievances
MS Office proficiency
