Job Description
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and staff files.
•Provide administrative support with bank account documentation and VNPF registrations.
•Manage core HR functions, including monitoring absenteeism, annual leave, sick leave, and processing leave payouts.
•Prepare, gather, and complete required documentation for visa processing.
•Capture and update data in the ASYCUDA system accurately and efficiently.
•Assist with the preparation of tenders and support policy development and documentation.
•Perform general administrative duties as required to support daily operations.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Selary : Negotiable
