Role Summary
The Inventory & Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing stock control, warehouse operations, and overall logistics processes to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage day-to-day inventory operations, warehousing activities, and distribution processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency
•Design and implement effective inventory systems and procedures to reduce losses and maintain optimal stock levels
•Work closely with procurement, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain
•Lead and supervise warehouse personnel and stock control staff, including training and performance monitoring
•Ensure all logistics and shipping activities comply with company policies and relevant customs regulations
•Generate and review inventory and logistics reports to support planning and strategic decisions
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•Minimum 7–10 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations
•Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams
•Skilled in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications
•Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
•Familiarity with shipping procedures and customs regulations within Vanuatu or the Pacific region
Salary
Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications
