The Role:

Island Manager We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Island Manager (individual or couple) to lead day-tour and resort operations. If you’re passionate about hospitality, eco-tourism, and island living, this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to live and work in paradise.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily resort and tour operations

Manage the café, tiki bar, staff, and guest services

Liaise with travel agents, wholesalers, and cruise operators

Supervise light maintenance and logistics

Promote Dany Island’s sustainability and hospitality values

What We’re Looking For

Background in hospitality, tourism, or resort management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Comfortable with remote island living and team coordination

Professional with guests; fluent in both spoken and written English
