Position Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive IT Supervisor to oversee the daily operation and support of the resort’s information technology systems. This role plays a critical part in maintaining system reliability, protecting data security, and ensuring smooth technological support for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide first and second-level technical support via phone, email, helpdesk platform, or face-to-face assistance
•Identify and resolve hardware, software, networking, printing, and mobile device issues in a timely manner
•Install and configure desktops, laptops, software applications, peripherals, and user profiles
•Conduct regular system maintenance, updates, backups, and security/antivirus monitoring
•Troubleshoot network connectivity, email systems (including Microsoft 365/Outlook), and internet-related concerns
•Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance when required
•Maintain accurate records of support tickets, solutions, and user communications
•Monitor and manage IT asset inventory, coordinate repairs, and recommend upgrades or replacements
•Provide staff with basic IT training, software guidance, and cybersecurity awareness
•Escalate complex technical matters to senior IT personnel or external service providers
•Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection regulations, and workplace health & safety standards
Candidate Requirements
•Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
•At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
•Strong technical expertise in:
•Windows and Linux server environments
•LAN/WAN networking
•Cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365
•Hospitality systems including POS and PMS
•Accounting and payroll platforms such as Sage Accpac and PayGlobal
•Excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
