Job Description:
A leading resort is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s technology infrastructure while ensuring reliable system performance and excellent technical support for staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and respond professionally to system-related issues and guest inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of IT equipment, server rooms, and computer systems
• Coordinate with external vendors for internet services, property management systems (PMS), POS systems, IPTV, telephony, and other software platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems efficiently
• Manage servers, workstations, network devices, email systems, telephony systems, and desktop infrastructure
• Configure and maintain network systems, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, switches, and Active Directory environments
• Perform root cause analysis and monitor system performance using appropriate IT tools and technologies
• Maintain server hardware, storage systems, backups, antivirus protection, and disaster recovery procedures
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for IT systems and equipment
• Assist management with IT project planning, budgeting, technical strategies, and implementation of new systems
• Prepare and update IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including security requirements
• Monitor software licenses and maintain accurate IT asset inventories
• Support IT security awareness and staff training while staying informed about emerging technology and security risks
• Supervise IT team tasks, assign responsibilities, and review performance reports
• Carry out additional IT-related duties assigned by management when required
