    Job Summary
    We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented IT Officer who can provide efficient technical support while maintaining a high standard of customer care in a hospitality environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    •Respond promptly and professionally to IT-related requests from guests and staff
    •Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
    •Support daily operation and maintenance of core systems such as:
             •Property Management System (PMS)
             •Point of Sale (POS) systems
             •Internet, email, and communication services
    •Assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches)
    •Provide basic support for servers and workstations
    •Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory basics)
    •Monitor system performance and report technical issues when needed
    •Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained and organized
    •Keep accurate records of IT assets and software inventory
    •Perform routine system checks and assist with data backups
    •Support telephone/PABX systems when required
    •Coordinate with external vendors for technical support when necessary
    •Follow IT security policies, antivirus protocols, and system guidelines
    •Maintain logs of incidents and solutions for future reference

    Requirements
    •3–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration
    •Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
    •Basic knowledge of:
            •Active Directory
            •Routers, switches, and other network devices
            •Windows desktop and server environments
    •Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
    •Familiarity with antivirus software and IT security practices
    •Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    •Responsible, flexible, and self-driven attitude
