Job Description – Japanese-Speaking Tour Guide
We are seeking an experienced guide to lead Japanese tourists, providing cultural and historical insights while ensuring guest safety and smooth logistics. Responsibilities include:

•Leading and coordinating tours in fluent Japanese
•Translating and communicating with guests in Japanese and English
•Sharing engaging stories about Vanuatu’s culture, history, and attractions
•Planning itineraries and managing on-tour logistics
•Providing excellent guest care and service
•Assisting with administrative tasks or content creation as needed
•Demonstrating local knowledge, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Selection Criteria / Requirements:

•Minimum 2 years’ experience as a tour guide or in tourism services
•Ability to speak and write fluent English
•Fluent in Japanese
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Salary:

•Competitive and commensurate with experience
