Iririki Island Resort & Spa is seeking for a suitable and experience candidate to fill in the role of Kids Club Attendant
As a Kids Club Attendant you will be reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager . You responsible and ensure that all Kids Club responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
1. Create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club / crèche
2. Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child
3. Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the club / crèche
4. Ensure all equipments are clean and properly maintained
5. Assist with implementation of special activity events
6. Promote guest activities and events
7. Ensure all club's rules and regulations are enforced at all times
8. Maintain club / crèche clean and tidy at all times
9. Be fully aware of club's facilities, timings, promotions and prices
10. Assist with planning and developing Kids Club, sport and recreation programs in order to ensure that activities and events are made available for all Resort guest
11. Administer recreation programs to ensure that programs are delivered within guidelines and budgets
12. Promote recreation and sport programs in order to ensure that guests are aware of available opportunities and activities
13. Perform other related duties and assignment as required by the Management.
Selection Criteria:
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
• Experience in the industry
• Experience in a customer services role
• Guest service orientation and drive
• Outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
• Good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and confidence
• Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• The ability to cope under pressure
• Competent organisational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Good sales skills, both over the telephone and face-to-face
