Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible Kids Club Attendant to join our Guest Experience Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging experience for the children of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and fun-filled environment for children.
Supervise children and lead age-appropriate activities.
Ensure children's safety and emotional well-being at all times.
Maintain a clean and hygienic club area and sanitize surfaces regularly.
Communicate openly with parents/guardians about their children’s activities.
Report any incidents or emergencies to management immediately.
Follow all resort procedures, safety standards, and Kids Club protocols.
Perform light housekeeping duties related to the club.
Selection Criteria:
We’re looking for someone who has:
A genuine passion for working with children.
A warm, empathetic, and nurturing personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to plan, organize, and multitask effectively.
A good understanding of child safety and risk management.
Physical stamina to be on your feet and actively engage with kids.
Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts.
