Forney Enterprise Kava Exporters is a family-owned and operated manufacturing business established in 2005, located on the island of Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu. Currently, we are the largest kava processing factory and exporter of kava powders in the world, pioneering the international growth of the kava industry.

Job Desctiption:

Our Laboratory Manager and Chief Scientist will be an integral part of our research team, playing a key role in pioneering new discoveries and establishing Forney as an industry leader. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, apply best practices in data collection and interpretation, and drive meaningful innovation. Additionally, this role will involve managing standard operating procedures (SOPs), training, and laboratory best practices within our onsite microbial laboratory.

Selection Criteria:

- Five years of laboratory experience

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in life sciences

- Chemistry Degree advantageous

Salary:

salary and benefits package valued between  VT 7,610,000 to VT11,000,000 p/annum - to be confirmed for candidate
