Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Staff member to join our team. The role involves conducting routine maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs across our properties and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to detect issues needing attention.
Repair air conditioning, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
Ensure all tools and machinery are well-maintained and in safe working condition.
Maintain proper inventory levels of maintenance supplies.
Respond quickly and effectively to urgent maintenance needs.
Candidate Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Worker.
Strong hands-on knowledge in air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
Skilled in using a wide range of hand and power tools.
Physically fit to carry out demanding maintenance tasks.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Salary: Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
