A well-established retail and fuel business in Vanuatu operates a network of six fully stocked supermarkets, a large wholesale distribution unit, and four ABM fuel service stations. The company is committed to maintaining high service standards and reliable operations across all its facilities.

Position Summary: Maintenance Staff
The Maintenance Staff member will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and smooth functioning of company buildings, equipment, and facilities. The role involves routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to support safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
•Carry out general maintenance and repair work across buildings and facility equipment
•Inspect facilities regularly to identify faults or potential maintenance issues
•Ensure all tools, machinery, and equipment are properly maintained and in safe working condition
•Respond promptly to emergency repair requests
•Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of maintenance tools and supplies
•Support overall facility safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency

Requirements
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a maintenance or similar technical role
•Strong knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems
•Practical experience using hand tools and power tools
•Physically fit and capable of performing manual maintenance tasks
•Good communication and teamwork skills
•Valid driver’s license is required
