Job Responsibilities:
•Carry out routine maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment
•Perform regular inspections to identify and fix issues promptly
•Maintain tools and machinery in proper working condition
•Handle urgent repair tasks when needed
•Monitor and manage stock levels of maintenance materials and supplies
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance-related role
•Strong knowledge of systems such as air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical work
•Practical experience using both manual and power tools
•Physically capable of performing maintenance duties
•Good communication and teamwork skills
•Must have a valid driver’s license
