Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Worker to carry out general property and equipment maintenance. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge, reliability, and a strong focus on safety and preventative care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems
Identify and repair issues with plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems
Conduct regular inspections to detect faults or wear
Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies
Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Respond promptly to emergency repair situations
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and AC systems
Experience using both hand and power tools
Good physical fitness and stamina
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A valid driver’s license
