About the Role

Sustain FM360 is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dedicated maintenance delivery team in Port Vila. In this key role, you'll act as the vital link between our client and subcontractors, ensuring that facilities are maintained safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This role includes occasional travel to Santo, with all travel and accommodation costs covered.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily resources including subcontractors, materials, suppliers, and plant

• Oversee maintenance activities on-site and accurately log them in our works management system

• Ensure a strong focus on safety, quality control, and timely project delivery

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and subcontractors

• Perform quality inspections and follow up on any issues

• Assist with the delivery of minor project works

• Promote and enforce a culture of Zero Harm and HSE compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in maintenance supervision and operational site delivery

• Strong engineering knowledge across maintenance and minor construction

• High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to lead by example

• A history of promoting safe work practices and compliance

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to manage projects within budget and on schedule

• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug test
