Position Summary: Campus Operations Manager
The Campus Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities across the campus. The role ensures that services are delivered efficiently, aligned with the university’s strategic goals, and meet high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and implement operational plans for the campus in line with institutional strategy
•Supervise and coordinate the daily functioning of key service areas including student •administration, IT services, finance, campus life, commercial operations, and engineering & infrastructure
•Ensure timely and effective delivery of student support services and academic resources
•Manage campus budgets, track expenditures, and maintain financial accountability
•Lead, supervise, and support operational staff, including performance management and professional development
•Oversee maintenance of campus facilities to ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and sustainability requirements
•Promote student engagement and enhance overall campus experience
•Ensure all operational units comply with institutional policies and procedures
•Support continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence across campus operations
Requirements
•A bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
•At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role
•Strong experience in leading teams and managing people effectively
•Proven background in budgeting, financial management, and reporting
•Solid experience in facilities and resource management
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and community engagement skills
•Ability to manage contracts, negotiate agreements, and oversee project delivery
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Salary Range
VUV 5,341,469 – 6,532,772 per year
