About the Role

As Resort Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the resort’s daily functions, leading a multi-departmental team including:

• Front Office

• Housekeeping

• Food & Beverage

• Maintenance

You will ensure smooth operations, high standards of service and cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily resort operations

• Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality

• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction metrics

• Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and teamwork

Selection Criteria:

Excellent communication skills in English (French is a strong advantage)

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management roles

• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills

• Attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence
