BlueBay Group is a dynamic hospitality company known for delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented leader to manage daily operations and drive excellence across our resort in Port Vila.
As Resort Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the resort’s daily functions, leading a multi-departmental team including:
Front Office
Housekeeping
Food & Beverage
Maintenance
You will ensure smooth operations, high standards of service and cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Oversee and coordinate daily resort operations
Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
Monitor and improve guest satisfaction metrics
Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and teamwork
Excellent communication skills in English (French is a strong advantage)
Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management roles
Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
Attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence
