Position: Manager – Operations and Strategic Development
The Manager – Operations and Strategic Development plays a key leadership role in driving operational performance and supporting corporate growth.

This position requires an experienced professional with strong international exposure, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to manage relationships across diverse cultural and institutional environments.

The ideal candidate will contribute to operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and long-term business development.

Key Responsibilities
Operational & Leadership Management
•Develop and oversee complex project plans involving multiple stakeholders
•Coordinate strategic initiatives related to corporate and investment activities
•Establish structured operational systems and reporting processes
•Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
•Ensure projects meet international professional standards

Corporate Growth & Developmen
•Support the identification of new business and investment opportunities
•Assist in executing corporate expansion strategies
•Contribute to proposals, presentations, and investment documentation
•Support engagement with international partners and institutional stakeholders

Investor & Stakeholder Engagement
•Assist in managing relationships with investors and corporate partners
•Represent the organisation in professional meetings when required
•Support the development of long-term partnerships
Organisational Development
•Contribute to improving internal systems and operational frameworks
•Strengthen organisational processes and professional standards
•Support capability development within the organisation

Candidate Requirements
Essential Experience
•At least 15 years of professional experience in internationally regulated or global organisations
•Proven leadership experience managing complex operational environments
•Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different sectors or cultures
•Strong background in corporate or institutional settings

International & Cultural Experience
•Experience working across multiple countries or international regions
•Ability to operate effectively in diverse cultural environments
•Strong relationship-building skills and cross-cultural awareness
Stakeholder & Operational Skills
•Experience engaging with senior executives, investors, or institutional partners
•Strong communication and representation skills
•Ability to manage structured, compliance-driven environments
•Excellent organisational and reporting capabilities
