Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized MEX Administrator and Stock / Asset Manager to oversee asset information in the MEX database, manage inventory, and coordinate maintenance activities for all Pacific Geogas facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and regularly update asset records in the MEX Asset Management System.
Plan, initiate, and close out Work Orders and maintenance activities.
Track and manage the ordering, storage, and movement of stock, tools, spare parts, and equipment.
Oversee warehouse inventory control, proper handling, and housekeeping.
Ensure operational integrity of LPG assets through efficient planning and tracking.

Selection Criteria:
We’re looking for someone with:

Basic understanding of LPG operations.
Experience using Asset Management software like MEX or SAP.
Familiarity with HSE documentation, policies, and procedures.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluency in English.
