Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Technician to join our team in Luganville. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile devices, ensuring high-quality and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mobile phones (Android, iPhone)
Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and other hardware
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
Assist customers with technical queries and suggest accessories or upgrades
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Selection Criteria:

Technical Skills
Skilled in mobile hardware and software repair
Familiar with tools and techniques specific to mobile repair

Experience & Education
High school graduate or technical/vocational training in electronics
1–2 years of mobile repair experience preferred

Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented, patient, and honest
Good problem-solving ability
Able to work under pressure and learn quickly

Communication & Customer Service
Clear communication in basic English
Able to explain technical issues simply

Work Attitude
Punctual, reliable, and team player
Willing to follow procedures
