Job Description
Grand Hotel & Casino is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front office operations. This role is responsible for reviewing daily financial transactions, balancing hotel accounts, and ensuring smooth guest service throughout the night shift.
Key responsibilities included
•Conducting nightly financial audits of hotel transactions
•Reconciling guest accounts and balancing daily revenue records
•Preparing daily financial and operational reports
•Assisting guests and handling front desk duties during overnight hours
•Ensuring accurate record-keeping and supporting hotel operations after hours
This position requires a combination of strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and excellent guest service.
Selection Criteria
•Front Office & Night Audit Experience – Previous experience with hotel front desk operations, reservations, and night audit procedures.
•Accounting & Reporting Skills – Ability to balance accounts, reconcile transactions, and manage cash handling accurately.
•Strong Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy when working with financial and operational data.
•Customer Service Skills – Professional, friendly, and capable of assisting guests or resolving issues during overnight shifts.
•Technical Knowledge – Experience using hotel management systems such as Opera, Siteminder, Dormacaba, and POS systems.
•Dependability & Independence – Ability to work overnight shifts independently while maintaining operational standards.
•Flexibility – Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
