JOB DESCRIPTION: Night Auditor
REPORTS TO: Front Office Manager/Accounting department
POSITION SUMMARY:
Ramada Resort by Wyndham is seeking an experienced and dedicated Night Manager to oversee our operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure that our establishment provides outstanding service and maintains a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all night operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and
security.
Ensure all guest issues and complaints are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through effective leadership and communication.
Monitor the night audit process and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
Conduct regular inspections of the property, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Manage night staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
Liaise with local authorities and emergency services as needed.
Ensure proper cash handling and financial procedures during night shifts.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to hotel operations.
Flexible schedule; must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
