Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee the operations and maintenance of diesel engine and hydro power plants. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the power stations while maintaining high standards of reliability and quality for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of power stations to ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain power stations in compliance with company policies, customer guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Identify and resolve operational and maintenance issues to maximize power station availability.
• Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets, including operating, cash flow, and CAPEX.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Selection Criteria:

• Expertise in diesel engine and hydro power plants with specialization in a specific trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address power station issues effectively.
• Experience in budget preparation and operational cost management.
• Commitment to safety, efficiency, and reliability in power generation.
