Job Description:
The Operations Manager & Technical Specialist will oversee day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the Director. The role combines managerial leadership with hands-on technical expertise in vehicle maintenance and operational systems.
Selection Criteria:
Motor Vehicle Mechanic Certification, Class 2.
Diploma and certified in operations systems such as MYOB.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
Proficient in diagnostic equipment and tools.
Hands-on skills in vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Minimum 10 years of managerial experience.
