About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef who is enthusiastic, organized, and ready to bring flavor, flair, and excellence to our kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who loves their craft, enjoys collaborating with others, and strives to create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present high-quality pastry and dessert items
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage inventory and source local, fresh ingredients
• Support cost control and stock rotation
• Collaborate with a small, vibrant team across departments
• Engage positively with guests and maintain a professional appearance
Selection Criteria:
✔ 1–2 years' experience in a 4* or 5* hotel or restaurant
✔ Strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus
✔ Passion for pastry and willingness to learn
✔ Able to perform under pressure
✔ Experience with cost control systems
✔ Committed to guest satisfaction and team spirit
